激光打印金属材料的参数设置

看见有群友询问:3D激光打印金属材料的粘着间隙要如何设置。今天神鹰以标准模为例,为大家演示各项参数如何设置,以及注意事项供大家参考。

打开操作界面右侧工具按钮,打开设置选项,勾选:默认选择激光熔化优化(有的版本默认勾选,就无需重复设置)

重启程序,重新打开设计软件,载入模型(有些繁琐,但是该设置很有用)

画线,生成冠,修改参数
激光打印金属内冠厚度设置0.35—0.4之间。
在粘着间隙选项
1~2颗连冠设置间隙数值0.02
3~4颗连冠设置间隙数值0.03
5~6颗连冠设置间隙数值0.04
7~8颗连冠设置间隙数值0.05
9颗以上连冠设置间隙数值0.06
在额外间隙选项径向值比间隙值小0.01

注意:在设置底部参数时,在倒凹选项里,预设铣削选项不要勾选,因为激光打印不涉及车针补偿
